In box three JWJ makes references to an obelisk calling it an "ill omen" and an example of an obelisk is a lighthouse. He also says:
"I had a dream of a great 0belisk. I was a1one yet from the 0belisk I felt a presence. 0ver the 1ands it towered, 1ooming and ominous. The 0belisk was an i1l omen: all was fated, fate was dark, and the darkness was in flux. Mooded in pessimism perhaps."
We determined that "mooded" was an anagram for "doomed" so it was doomed in pessimism. JWJ for some reason feels this lighthouse is surrounded by doom and pessimism.
This is the JWJ letter that he refers to the obelisk:
"I had a dream of a great 0belisk. I was a1one yet from the 0belisk I felt a presence. 0ver the 1ands it towered, 1ooming and ominous. The 0belisk was an i1l omen: all was fated, fate was dark, and the darkness was in flux. Mooded in pessimism perhaps."
