This letter is from Felix, found of the LFoA. He is telling us of our new pen pal friend, Jasper Flowers. He tells us that we are to keep an eye on Jasper and that this is a particular sensitive situation. He also tells us that we will need to look at the archives, which he has provided a back door to under the newsletters. He has provided us with the patient file for Jasper so we can acquaint ourselves with him. He says we have six months, after that he will deal with Jasper himself.
