Pen Pal Letter

This letter from Jasper has a dark feel to it. His thoughts are all over and he speaks of many things all at once. But he seems focused on acronyms and how they are used. He speaks of how doctors use acronyms efficiently in their profession. How they are little things that are used to "describe movements, direction, process, or purpose". 

He also mentions that he would like to get to know the Sheriff Randall but that the Sheriff does not seem interested. He mentions that his eyes are stunning and grey, but don't settle on any certain thing. He also thinks the Sheriff is too nosy where the facility is concerned. He would like to know what the Sheriff sees in the facility. Is it something beautiful?
