This letter is from Maritza Martinez at the Second Chance Program of the LFoA. She is welcoming us to the "big Texas family". She explains that they operate a little differently that the rest of the LFoA organisation. They intercede with special cases involving defendants they believe are suitable candidates for their program to be rehabilitated and released after treatment. They still have the letter writing program like normal and hope we will enjoy our time hearing from our special Friend.
