This incident report was produced as a result of Sven stabbing Penny with a knitting needly while they were talking quietly together and knitting in arts and crafts. There doesn't seem to be any signs of provocation for the attack and no known reason for why Sven suddenly lashed out, other than he may have missed his medicine that morning.
