LFoA Letter

It is important to note that the inspectors notes say about the LFoA letter: "There is a curious design in the footer. New stationary? Whatever it means it is out of my hands."

This is written by Jacob Nilson about the LFoA letter that he himself wrote. I think it is important to note that he has lost so much control over the facility that he can't even control what paper is used to write his own letters. Even that is out of his hands.
