The black Talaria card has the word "Xlmtivtl" written on it. Using the atbash cypher once again we can translate this to mean: Congrego

Congrego is the Latin word for "gather". 

Entering the word Congrego into the Whispers From Theodorus website we find the Congrego file and use password "Gather" to access.
