Bob is writing this message to John William James and proudly boasting of his victims that he has left behind in a trail. From Put-In-Bay, Ohio to Wagontire, Oregon. Using the website on the Heck On Wheels business card we can see this trail of his victims and a picture of each one. He says he has met a soul that is ready to transform, ready to meet the dragon swan, her name is Anna. He is practically begging JWJ to reveal his location so that Bob can bring Anna to JWJ to meet him but JWJ tells us that Bob must contact us for this information.
