The Sheriff tells Felix that he feels like Felix has made a mountain out of a mole hill regarding the facility and its running. He drove out to the facility to have a look around and was greeted by Dr. Will Cortes. He had a nice long chat and a tour of the grounds, a few patient rooms, the rec room, and the administrative offices. He thinks Will is one of the "good ones". Strangely enough, he refers to Dr. Cortes as Will instead of Willa, a female. Does this mean that the female doctor Willa has been replaced and someone is impersonated her? The patient file from episode one specifically referred to the doctor as Dr. Willa Cortes, a female.
