Sylvia Planning Jasper's Escape

Sylvia seems to have to kind of information that she is not fully sharing about how she is preparing to get Jasper out of the Bozeman facility. We don't know yet if it will be legal means or means of escape. Considering he killed someone we can only assume it will be of non legal means of escape. Seems she places him in very high esteem to risk everything to break him out of a facility.
