The anatomy paper doll comes with internal organs that can be cut out and put in order inside the doll. This spells an acronym which Jasper speaks about several times in his letter. The organs are the Liver, Stomach, Small Intestine, and Large Intestine. Putting them in order we come up with the acronym of:

LSSILI (L for liver, S for stomach, S for small, I for intestines, L for large, I for intestines)
