For some reason beyond what we know, Felix is certain that the Sheriff will not be around by the time we read his letter. Will be be murdered? Will he be transferred? Does Felix have that type of pull with the Sheriffs Department? Whatever the reason Felix is sure he will be gone and it is down to us to be his "agent on the ground" at the Bozeman facility.
