With this newspaper article we now know that the body found in episode one was not that of Manny. So the identity of that body is still unknown. But the condition of that body makes it most definitely have been killed by Jasper. This newspaper article tells us how the body of Manny was found in his apartment above his pawn shop several weeks after he had been murdered, dismembered and arranged in his living room floor. Jasper was living with Manny at the time and found guilty of the murder. An investigator on the case speaks of the similarity of the two bodies and states that they are not coincidences.
