This psych evaluation confirms our suspicions from the first episode, that Dr. Henry Kohler was not fair or just in his evaluation of Penny for the courts, but for some reason the courts relied on his evaluation. She goes to the extent of calling for Dr. Kohler to have his own license called into question and a review of his medical practices, after she reviewed several other cases and found gross negligence on his part and also found him using methods that haven't even passed legitimate peer review. She recommended the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychology review him immediately. It will be interesting to see if this has been done or if he is still in practice with these questionable methods.
