This is another note from patient 7166, Sven. He is very upset with Penny for some reason. He says that she has used him, thrown him away and replaced him with another. He admits that he is the one that taught her "to dots", Morse Code. He says that when Sven gets hurt, he hurts back which he stabbed Penny with a knitting needle. He gets a little lost in the end and starts to ramble.
