The La Boheme was released in 1965.  In the COBRA Memo for episode five, they made a mention of the times of 19 minutes and 65 seconds - 19:65 - but that isn't a valid time. that would actually be 20:05 - this is the four digit index code - 2005. To see notes on the General Form please visit here. At the end of the memo it tells us that Penny (12279) is going to be prepared for transfer to Alaska (#090009) to undergo COBRA100.
