This Second Chance letter is not from Vernon Li like previous letters have been. This one is from Maritza Martinez, the Executive Administrator, Head of Division. She tells us that Vernon Li has been let go and they are making modifications to staffing. She even goes so far to say that not all of her employees are as reliable as she wished, but Vernon apparently failed to meet their standards of performance and conduct, and was "dealt with." Despite they are short handed she is confident they can keep up their responsibilities until a replacement can be found for Vernon Li.
