Felix tells us in this letter, after he mentions that Penny has taken flight, that with the data he has received he is confident that the Second Chance program is a success and should continue, even though he has had a major breach in the system and a patient has escaped on his watch. Oddly he goes ahead and sends us the items that Penny sent him for us simply because he "detests clutter" even though some of these items are highly suspect on the subject of appropriateness. He closes his letter by saying in Latin, "Hearing is truth" (Audis dicis veritas).
