Agent Kelly's report tells us that Penny was seen on Sunday at 8:34am in the Luna General Store in Haddon, Texas buying a bottle of water, tarp, a box of garbage bags, and travel sized toiletries. She was then seen on the ATM camera at Golden Bell Bank at 11:56pm withdrawing $5,000. She waiting until the ATM withdraw limit reset at midnight and withdrew another $5,000 at 12:03am on Monday morning. On Monday morning at 10:02am Angela's grey Prius was found parked at the El Paso International Airport parking lot but Penny was no where to be found.
