Episode Four

This letter from Listening Friends of America reflects major changes. George Madson is gone and Jacob Nilson has stepped into his place. Jacob even goes so far as to offer condolences to Madson's family and hopes for his safe return in one piece!

Jacob is now in charge as Vice President and Head of Darlington Operations and is implementing a rewards system for the patients in the facility. He also brags of their first success story.
